Preconstruction Services

Our Preconstruction Services include Estimating, Quantity Takeoff Services, Subcontractor Solicitation, Design Review Services and Full Proposal Development. After we confirm which Preconstruction Services are being requested, we specify level of detail and granularity and review specific needs with our clients. We will provide a price and a schedule to complete the services requested within 48 hours of receipt of the Project Documents for our Preconstruction Projects.
