Good Guess LLC started out as a construction estimating company. We wanted to set the tone for each construction project we became a part of by implementing our sound construction estimating process that relies on the latest and greatest technology available in the industry. We’ve taken that idea and have expanded into a fully licensed General Contracting and full service Construction Consulting company. We do everything from General Contracting CGC1535477, to Project Management, Owner’s Representation, Construction Consulting and of course, our Preconstruction Services.

When it comes to all our construction services, we implement the same principles that embody a Good Guess: always being prepared, creating an environment of transparency and implementing a tested systemic process with the latest technology in the industry. Meet the Team
Good Guess LLC was founded by Gabi Aguirre. Born in Gainesville,
Florida, Gabi graduated, not once, but twice from the University of Florida
earning a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in
Building Construction Management with a concentration in Sustainable
Development. She's been in the construction industry since 2008, starting
as an intern and working up to the Vice President level, and now CEO.
She's worked for giants in the construction industry, including Walt Disney
Imagineering, Universal Creative and several General Contractors. Not only is she a licensed Real Estate agent and member of the Orlando Regional Realtor’s Association but, she is also a licensed General Contractor in Florida
Gabi is a licensed fork lift operator and is fluent in Spanish. Her experience in the construction industry includes residential work as the General Contractor on interior and exterior remodels and managing all types of commercial projects including the design and building of rollercoasters, attractions, resorts, hotels, healthcare facilities, office renovations, multifamily living, merchandise and restaurant build-outs. She is loyal, dedicated and believes in over-communicating – they don’t call her Gabi for nothing!
